Shoham stated, "As a result of the recent hugely successful marketing trip to the United States, IDenta Corp has been presented with a variety of options that will help to determine the future direction of the company in the North American law enforcement agencies (federal, state and local levels). It is our intent to keep our shareholders and the general public informed as we embark on the future expansion of our company. IDenta wants to share with the investors what the different possibilities are for the company in the most important market for our products -- the North American law enforcement market -- on the federal, state, local levels. IDenta is on a different level of talks with venture capital companies, marketing firms and others that want to forge an alliance with IDenta to promote the growth of the company, and several possibilities have emerged. 1. A very strong possibility is a connection with an American company (based in New York and with a forensic products plant in South Carolina) that has the complete package of what IDenta is looking for in marketing, sales, connections, production, plants, workers, etc. and would be able to help us in meeting all aspects of establishing a strong foothold in the North American law enforcement markets due to the increased demand and marketing for our products. With this alliance, all the infrastructure would be in place in a short time to meet production requirements in the North America region. 2. Another possibility would be to establish our own American marketing company in charge of USA, Mexico and Canadian law enforcement markets. As a first step of this possibility, IDenta will have to hire marketing managers with a very strong reputation and background in the forensics markets. Due to the economical crisis in the USA, it is a good time to hire the best personnel. 3. An additional possibility includes increasing the existing marketing relationships of our current associates in the USA and establishing a relationship with a large marketing company (including in the forensics, based in Chicago) with which we have had meetings during the last few months. 4. IDenta has recently held several meetings in Israel and in the USA with a large American capital investment company, but IDenta has postponed the connections because the capital company has no added value in marketing and connections in the law enforcement markets. IDenta is not rushing the decisions and doing the due diligence necessary to make the best decisions for the company and the shareholders." The members of the IDenta team to decide the best decisions in the North America law enforcement markets are four persons, (the CEO, a university professor in Business Administration, IDenta's legal and business consulting and the chief scientist).
