Upsher-Smith Completes Acquisition of Proximagen Group plc
Supports Acceleration of CNS Strategic Intent
MAPLE GROVE, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Upsher-Smith Laboratories, Inc. today announced that on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 it completed its acquisition of UK-based Proximagen Group plc (AIM: PRX), a European biotechnology company focused on the development and cialis no prescription online commercialization of novel therapeutics for diseases of the central nervous system (CNS) and inflammation.
