Great Place to Work presented the award on the eve of the 107th International Women's Day at its inaugural awards gala in San Francisco. The recipients were recognized by Great Place to Work for their contributions to their company's business that fully lives its values in the service to clients, employees and stakeholders.

KPMG Chairman and CEO Lynne Doughtie nominated Daylor, who was a guiding force behind the creation of KPMG's Audit 90 Experience and who serves as a mentor in the firm's Stacy Lewis Rising Stars Invitational program – two initiatives that enhance development and retention of women in the firm's Audit practice.
