This is good news! It's good to know that even though most countries are suffering from economic crisis, there are still some who voluntarily produce H1N1 vaccine in order to treat people who are infected with swine flu. Hope this disease will soon be eradicated. - Nicole

Azee;

Even if they recieved that stock instead of cash for compensation, they usually chose too. For example, Ctic honchos a while back chose stock over cash for their bonuses. Turned out to be really smart because the value of the stock is way up over what the cash equivalent would have been. - Garrett Mitchell

Mr Garza: Did they(Carter and his Co-workers) really buy all those shares on cash recently? From other articles/opinions what I have heard (for example, one of the comments published above from 'claym711')they received all those stock instead of cash for compensation. Isn't it?

Swami,

Thank you for your great post. I am a new investor that brought $12,500 to the table 3 months ago. I went in blind with never having any experiance in the stock market. Never knowing how the pros make money. Well I like your stratagy and believe that it will become a very good stratagy for me. Yesterday Premarket I was up to $48,000 and I have not taken any off the table yet. Now that I am down to $32,000 I am a little mad at myself. Well like you pretty much said, you live and you learn. I guesse, I learned the hard way too.

Thanks - Teddy

I understand the people's frustration when they see their virtual funds going south. I am not biased, I watch CNBC, read articles in steet.com as well as biomedreports.com and do my DD after getting their viewpoints. I am not an attorney to qualify to what say what AF and TS are doing is legal or illegal, it is just the way investores/traders interpret the message/news when it comes that I as an investor can hardly control. After losing 40K in less than 3 minutes yesrterday, I was looking for the direction - what next. Then I just read this post on HEB yahoo massage board and spent 2 hours doing my home work for coming Monday instead of flooding the message board with slurs and complaints. The post says:

Look...there was clearly some manipulation going on here...Adam was lying, Dr Carter was lying, the Japanese health Ministry was lying, and they were being lied to by the test monkeys who were being lied to by the scientist (its just nyquil Mr. Monkey, you will like it..taste like green tea), the Italian mafia was running the Health Conference, who were lied to by the ..blah blah blah. Look, here is how you play these risky stocks.
If a stock you have goes up 20-40 percent you take 10-20% OFF the table...if it goes up 80-100% you take 30-50% OFF the table. If it goes up 200-300% you take MORE off the table. You dont sit and watch a stock go up 400% and just let it all ride. I have started using this strategy for about 5 months and it is working like a champ. I read one post on here by some lady who said she finally made her 1st million, posted yesterday when HEB was at like 4.70 in premarket trading. Well, I doubt she took any off the table and shes probably down a few hundredk and probably not a millionaire now. I have steadly been selling OFF my position in HEB..made quite a bit of money and still have half my shares (over 40k in shares still on the table) I rolled alot of my profits from HEB into a more sure stock (BDSI) and one or two others (got back into ACUS for a small amount because the FDA might give them a conditional approval.) But once these stocks go up 30-60% you better believe some money is coming off the table. Its just the way the game is played. NOW, did I expect to see HEB tank yesterday on 60million shares traded?? Hell no, but do you really think the SEC is going to look into the streeet.com? Please! Hell, I remember when the street.com was just getting started like 15 years ago and were constantly spamming me with email. I never once paid them any attention . I never dreamed they would come to have this much influence on a stock, that the CEO would have to issue a response to whatever articles they put out. But there is no way 80% of the float was traded without some manipulation going on and stop losses being triggered on purpose. DNDN had the same thing happen to it in less than 20mins! Was at 20$..someone dumped a huge amount of shares, which triggered all the stop losses, then went right back up to 20$ in less then all of 30mins. Who do you think bought all the shares of DNDN went it tanked 100%?? They same people who started the downturn. Did the SEC investigate? Nope. God, I cant wait until I have that much money to do that sort of trading! lol Will Ampligen get approved by Tuesday? Your guess is as good as mine, but they also might have the whole 30million dose order for the Japanese order in the bag. Next week will be interesting, but please..always..ALWAYS take some profits to roll into the next play..dont watch a stock go up 300-500% and hope it keeps going higher without removing at least what you put into it. Thats a fool's strategy. A lesson I learned the hard way awhile back. And be patient. Patience is key also. - Swami

Hi Tim,

A lawsuit will be coming your way shortly. We'll see how much time you'll have on manipulating stocks then. I can't believe you were dumb enough to leave a nice trail behind. You really did set yourself up my friend. Good luck answering the complaint in court. Cheers. - Rayn

Mr.Gaza,
This is wat Tim Sykes sent to his subscribers at 10:21 AM and I quote"Shorted 300 HEB at 4.18, very small speculative position...found the shares through Thinkorswim, have 700 more reserved and I got up late so I'm guessing there are many more shares out there...I think I can make $1-2 of downside from here, but I'm keeping it small since the stock is still up on the day...biotechs are jumpy and if you read thestreet.com's article on this carcass, you'll see this company ain't worth its hype".
Now Adam writes a article at 10:49 AM causing the crash. Both of these guys associated and televised by Street.com .Does this show they are playing games and need to be sent to SEC for investigation. Please Include this in you next article. If you need proof please post your e-mail and I will be more than glad to forward the e-mail sent by Tim.These guys need to be taught a lesson and I dont see anyone better than you.You would be doing a huge favour to a whole lot of retail investors. Thanks in advance. - shruti

M.E. Garza: when you attribute quotes to someone, you should quote correctly, not your own interpreation. Your interpretation is not quote from someone else. Readers can judge if you quote correctly:

Here is AF's original paragragh:

Recent press releases boasting of Japanese and Italian government support for Ampligen as a flu vaccine booster. Yet Ampligen has no established intellectual property for such a use and no human clinical data.

This is your interpretation:

Also, yes, I find Mr. Feuersteins comments interesting as well. In his bashing of the company's efforts to get into the fight against influenza in Japan and Italy, he said something to the effect of "HEB's products haven't been tested on humans." Well, I wonder if he knows that HEB's Alferon is already approved by the FDA? And that's certainly one of the products they are talking to those countries about.

This made me think you might be a pumper. Where is Ampligen human clinical data on influenza?

1. Ampligen has been going through clinical trials since the early 90s and has met every single endpoint it set out to achieve

2. Ampligen has been delivered to humans some 75,000 times resulting in no serious side effects

3. Ampligen was granted Orphan drug status

4. Ampligen was approved for Emergency compassionate cost recover sales

5. This is the first and only time and NDA for Ampligen has been submitted to the FDA

6. Ampligen is the first and only drug in the pipeline to treat CFS.

7. The CDC has requested to work direcetly with HEB on the treatment of CFS

8. It is the first drug that is a TLR3 Agonist to submit an NDA

9. PDUFA date was delayed in January and May. If the FDA wanted to outright reject this, they would have done so on one of the two PDUFA dates.

10. An advisory committee was not convened to review Ampligen, indicating that they have an outcome in mind. If that outcome was a rejection, it would have been rejected by now.

11. Two big money investors though enough of the company to sink 30+ Million in cash.

12. Employees have agreed to receive stock instead of cash for compensation, and not one single employee has sold a share of stock - even in the recent price spike.

13. During their next stock holders meeting, several items are up for vote that indicate their confidence in approval. They want to allow the payment of employee bonuses upon approval. They want to have the opportunity to issue 150 million new shares as well (hell, cash raise for production and marketing)

14. The CEO has stated many many times that he is confident in approval, and has stated that they have multiple shots on goal with Ampligen. The CEO is also regarded as a world expert on CFS and influenza.

15. It is being studied as an influenza vaccine adjuvant and has yeilded extremely promising results.

It is my opinion that the worst outcome for Ampligen's NDA will be a response letter asking for more information. This drug will not get out-right rejected. Even in the case that it does not get approved, it will have another shot for approval as a treatment for CFS, and it will have a shot at approval for treatment of influenza.

Hope this helps. - M.E.Garza

Yes. I've gotten flooded with e-mails about todays revelations regarding Japan. If HEB insiders were lying to me a week ago when I was interviewing and doing research for the article, then they are pretty good liars. They gave me an estimated sales figure of 30 million and today's Reuters story reveals a figure of 20 million. I was told those vaccines would be given to first responders, and people who deal with the public- i.e. hospital workers, public officials, etc.

Also, yes, I find Mr. Feuersteins comments interesting as well. In his bashing of the company's efforts to get into the fight against influenza in Japan and Italy, he said something to the effect that "their products haven't been tested on humans." Well, I wonder if he knows that HEB's Alferon is already approved by the FDA? And that's certainly one of the products they are talking to those countries about.

By the way, some of you feel he took a swipe at us by saying we get paid to pump penny stocks. For the record, I did not receive any payment from anyone in any way to "pump" HEB.

It was a wild day in which many people lost millions of dollars as a vast majority of the float traded hands on more panic fueled by pure speculation and personal opinion.

After looking at all the angry e-mails and messages, I keep asking myself. Where was all the real bad news that caused this today? I don't see it. - M.E.Garza
