Very good article!
I have been reading Adam's garbage for about a year now and it angers me every time.

TheStreet.com website is a sad half a**ed attempt of a site also.
It loads 9 redirects (urls/ads) prior to the first word of an article being shown. Shows what they care about. Plus their articles are like 4 or 5 pwebpages.

Want a TON OF COOKIES and crap floating in your browser? Go to "thestreet.com"
Very poorly constructed website.
Very poorly constructed articles too. - MickMan

re Adam
the north american bald monkey is totally extinct up here in Canada, looks like his range is shrinking south of the border. they are a backwards species that natural selection has passed by, prone to filling their mouth with fecis and then spewing about them wildly. in my opinion they will not be missed and extinction cannot come too soon. - john d w

Bravo Mr Garza
If you rob from widows, forclose on the farm, and takeover someones company
you will be patted on the back and called a clever businessman. Adam's bashing
of companies when they release great news is so obviously a manipulation
to make a pile of money. He knows the SEC is powerless or maybe they are all harvard alums of Cramers another blowhard however entertaining who will lose you money. Time and time again he has bashed several companies always being
wrong. It wouldn't be too difficult to get the names on the shorts maybe Adams sister - rdc

Guess who got booted off the Russell 3000 index? TheStreet.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:TSCM).

One of the biotech “journalists” Adam Feuerstein of TheStreet.com has consistently written negative articles on at least four stocks that I am aware of. Two of those stocks,Hemispherx BioPharma, Inc (AMEX:HEB), and CellTherapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:CTIC) both have gone up over 450% year to date. Perhaps Adam is just not a fan of stocks that perform well in these market conditions. It appears to me that Adam might not like any stock that has a market cap above TSCM’s 59 Million.
I found it ironic that just as Adam stirs up a ruckus in the biotech community TSCM gets the boot from the Russell 3000 index. Meanwhile CTIC and HEB actually got added to the index! So the question I have now is why did TSCM get the boot? Is Adam to blame? Adam did cause a “patient safety issue and putting public safety at risk” when he commented that Oculus Innovative Sciences’ (NASDAQ:OCLS)drug was “containing common diluted bleach.” After comments like those, many think Adam has lost all credibility. Then again, I would not expect too much more from a Political Science major commenting on a Biotech stock.

I would like to think Adam actually has made some accurate reports on Biotech stocks but I just can’t find any. Then again I didn’t look too hard, stopping after finding a few negative and often inaccurate articles. I found another recent case where Adam was dead wrong, it was Vanda Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:VNDA)that shot up 900% on approval of their schizophrenia drug.

I look at Adam’s articles and I think of all the money that could have been made doing the opposite of what he says. I want to know how Adam can be mistaken so much of the time. I never make mistakes, I thought I did once but I was mistaken. Hindsight is always 20/20 and you can’t blame a guy too much for stating his “opinion” in the name of “journalism” but if I were Adam I might take it easy on the articles for awhile. Adam’s negative articles have been known to take place suspiciously right after or during massive declines in share price of up to 50%. Are the massive declines just people reacting to Adam’s articles?

Why did the massive decline with HEB take place a few minutes before Adams’s negative article was released? Who knows, it is a volatile stock. What I do know is that TheStreet.com was co-founded by Jim Cramer who openly admitted to manipulating stocks using news outlets like CNBC. So now this recent “journalists” activity from TheStreet.com really raises suspicion. The SEC never took any action with Jim Cramer so I doubt any investigation or action will be taken against TheStreet. - john n

Re: Grateful for AF.
90% of Bio's fail from inception to Phase 3, A. Feurstein does not have your best interest at heart and if he did protect you from buying HEB, CTIC etc he save was purely accidental.. he doesnt care. In short he is paid basher with a corporate focus who unfortunately has his reports picked up by Yahoo... they are as much to fault as AF as they allow it

Do your own DD, make a decison and set up your mile sticks .. did very well in all the ones you mentioned - Blackopsupply

Mr.Garza,
If Adam is a devil, you guyz are no saint either. If you have the balls, why dont you refute Adam with hard facts. Why dont you make some calls like he does. He had balls to say OSIR will fail, Folotyn WILL be approved, HEB is a scam, CTIC will continue diluting and the lsit goes on....
I have been a paid subscriber of Biomedreports and NOT even once you guyz made an assertive statement except BDSI.
You guyz were shamelessly pumping HEB, intervied Dr.Carter and so on, BUT did you even once thought about asking Dr.Carter whats happening witht the FDA applciation of Ampligen for CFS ? I guess you just wrote about delay due to staffing, whereas Adam ripped apart Dr.Carter, and specifically asked him whether HEB had contacted FDA with regards to delay and the answer was no. Why wouldnt the company contact FDA ? Why arent the investors kept in loop?

Adam didnt write that HGSI will not succeed infact he compiled all analyst review and even included joseph schwartz review who said that the chances of success are 60 %. He even said with +ve results HGSI would be a 10 $ stocks and with _ve results 1 $ stock.

Have you guyz at biomedreports made atleast 1 Bold correct call ?

Stop name calling, if you have the balls then refute his article on thestreet.com with hard facts.

I am not a fan of Adam F,but hate when you guyz resort to name calling.

I am thankfull to Adam that I dint invest in HEB CTIC and NfLD

I would have liked to see more discussion of Multikine and L.E.A.P.S technology, as well as BIEL's products. If you disagree with Adam please respond to his article with hard facts as to why you think the technology of CVM and BIEL is worth investing in long-term. Adam brings up good points...why have Multikine Phase 3 trials not started? What is the basis of this technology that makes CVM profitable in the long run? - duphus

When I read Mr. Adam Feuerstein's comments, I immediately realized he was attacking people with vitriol instead of analyzing the investment opportunity with facts. I don't want Feuerstein's personal attacks; I want Mr. Garza's analysis of the facts. Garza, thank you for your approach. - Wayne Lovern

Friday morning after reading Adam's rant on Biel, I said to myself "How can I trust a guy wearing a salmon color shirt" and I also said "I cannot let someone else make decisions for me"

I bought KERX when it was at 30 cents and sold when it hit .60. Even though Adam kept saying KERX is a lot better to invest in then CTIC. Well after reading that I went to the bank and wired over 10 grand to my e-trade account. After receiving conformation of the transfer I then bought 7,000 shares of CTIC @ 1.50. To me this does not matter because i made a huge profit from KERX, so my loss is still a gain.

I will hold onto CTIC even if it dwindels down to .10 cents, WHY!, because I CAN.

As for BIEL, also I am in it for the long haul. 181,000 shares and again will not sell.

What I would like to see is this; Everyone who has an interest in BIEL. When the stock sky rockets take some profits and buy a salmon color shirt and wear it with Adam in mind, and when you blow your nose wipe it on the sleeve. - Richie
