Mike,

Your assessment of SPPI being bought by Bayer seems to hinge on the success of Zevalin. If the nay sayers are correct about Zevalin and it does not offer a significant benefit or fails to gain market share, what weight is then placed on their (SPPI) pipeline; Ozarelix, Ortataxer, Sartraplatin et al and could these therapeutics alone hold the attention of Bayer or another buyer?

Hey Mike,

I am an avid follower of both your Seeking Alpha articles and Biomedreports.com work as well. I am fairly new to investing but your articles have really peaked my interest in the exciting yet volatile world of Bio-tech stocks. Thanks for your hard work and ideas. I have done a bit of research on Nephros (neph) and understand they have multiple approvals pending with the FDA. Many people feel like there is a good chance for approval and that it could be coming fairly soon. What are your personal feelings concerning Neph and FDA Approval? Also I hvae really been interested in BDSI and just wondering if I may have missed my opportunity at a good entry point after Friday's gains. Thanks. - Dan Brokaw
