Then I was introduced to BIEL by my accountant. He had a triple bypass and was given a patch for scare tissue healing, and he said it worked. He talked me into buying 4 million shares as he prepared my return, I got in at a 0.01 and he also mentioned it would be a write-off if it failed. So it's a win-win situation.
