CVM has had high hopes for curing cancer, aides, malaria and now swine flu. They have been putting out promising press releases for 20 years. Multikine was supposedly going into phase 3 trials 15 years ago. Talk is cheap but I have yet to see any results. In it's long history, has CVM brought ANY drugs to market? - fool_me_once

Yeah...this looks good.We all get in near the same price.I don't see much downside risk at these prices. Let's relax and hope we get some big news in the coming weeks. - M.E.Garza

Great article, Mr Garza. I bought me a truck load of shares
It looks very promising and worth speculating over.
I like the CVM Press releases, it does keep us informed.

I have come across a PR in July that i thought you guys would find interesting.
It's worth a read.

as the FDA is contemplating the vacine strategy, it would seem
prudent to seriously consider the inclusion of LEAPS. With the
mutating process of the virus recognized, the decision not to give
the vacine that special chance to go to the heart of the virus with
LEAPS and allow it to evade their current vacine of choice, could make
the innoculation process less than satisfactory. there comes a time in a potential crisis when making the LEAPS choice for inclusion may be the
decision necessary to ultimately thwart the virus attack. So to the FDA, please take the time to consider LEAPS as part of the vacine.

Frank.. Very soon. Check out our FDA calendar for more details.

Also.. There is a new headline on RTT News about this little gem this morning:

Swine Flu Penny Stocks - Nothing To Sneeze At?

CEL-SCI Corp. (CVM: News ) is yet other off-the radar stock, which has been grabbing the headlines of late. Last month, the company announced that it is expanding the pre-clinical testing of its flu vaccine, utilizing its proprietary L.E.A.P.S. technology (Ligand Epitope Antigen Presentation System) to determine its efficacy against the more dangerous and virulent virus strains that may arise during the up coming winter flu season.
With swine flu virus believed to mutate into a very serious and life threatening virus, L.E.A.P.S. technology could be a breakthrough because it minimizes the chance of viral "escape by mutation" from immune recognition, according to the company.

However, the story of CEL-SCI is more than just the flu vaccine. Multikine - the company's head and neck cancer treatment has been cleared to enter phase III testing. CEL-SCI has licensing agreements for Multikine with Teva
Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd. (TEVA), Orient Europharma and Byron Biopharma.

CVM closed Wednesday's trading at $0.44, gaining 7.32%.
